Whole Roast Pig, THE Specialty

 

Cooking time is 6 to 8 hours.

The pig is cut up and served in warming chaffers.

We use Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce.

Additional Pork, Beef, Lamb, and Turkeys available.

We set up a canopy. We cook on site, rain or shine.

And while we are cutting up the pig we have plenty of tasty pickings.

 

Prices start at $500 for 60 people.  ($650 for 100 people).

We can serve up to 400 people. 

Everybody eats, there's seconds and almost always leftovers.

 

We also roast whole lamb with seasonings generously applied.
